Marching On: The Children's Crusade @ 50 | Birmingham Civil Rights Institute
This exhibition takes viewers to the Children's Movement of nearly 50 years ago. Videos, images and artifacts from the institute's Oral History Project, "Marching On: The Children's Movement @ 50" tells the story of the children's struggle through their own words and actions. More than 600 were arrested, the youngest being 8 years old.
